A saturday walk and dinner with my Grandpa!

BubbleShare
Mom and I had a visit from grandpa today! He's going out of town to work so he came down a day early to hang with me! We went for a walk in White Point Nature Preserve-it used to be a military place with really big guns! Grandpa says it was part of Ft McArthur. After our 2 mile walk, we went to get chinese food. Mom and I hung outside while waiting for the food! I got a little taste! It was yummy!!

Chinese sounds great! I got to eat some filipino food last night, but only portions of beef and some beans.

Looks like a place with bunnies, too. Glad you got to taste the food. Chinese food is so good!

Hi, Velcro-
Love the latest batch of pictures!

Hey, we're really sorry we freaked out Mom with the snake pictures. He seemed to be a pretty friendly guy, but that's probably not much consolation.

Speaking of consolation, Ari's in need of some serious consoling. Or maybe she could borrow your tennis ball? You see, Tubey alerted us to the "Mad Men" marathon on AMC yesterday and I have to admit: I'm hooked! I think I watched about eight hours of it yesterday while the poor caninaturalist moped in the corner. Everytime I got up to use the bathroom or get a drink, she'd hop up hopefully: "now? Can you we go outside now?" Telling her we couldn't until we found out what was going to happen to Draper wasn't much consolation.

Tell mom she does great work! We can't wait for season two!

Hi, Velcro!
Glad you enjoyed your Grandpa!
That picture of you and your mom reminds me of me and my mom. We do the same while my grandma goes inside a store!
Kisses and hugs

Nice visit from Grandpa. You have some good places to walk around near you. That place looks really nice. And I love Chinese food too.
