i wish weekends were longer

I had a wonderful weekend with mom! She slept late on Saturday- she needed to sleep so I slept with her! Mom did take me to play with my jolly ball on Saturday nite! The park was filled with my pup friends- but I didn't care because I had my jolly ball!!!

Sunday I had a visitor! My grandpa came to see me!!!! I was so excited!!! I took him out to breakfast at one of our dog friendly restaurants!

After grandpa left, mom did taxes or something on her computer while I dreamt of squirrels and bunnies!! After mom finished, we went for a sunset trail run! I hunted for those bunnies but they were hiding from me!!! But I still had fun on the trails!

Mom leaves for work early tomorrow.... I wish she could stay with me- but she has to earn the greenbacks....

carlsbad california

I'm on a road trip with my mom and grandpa. Mom runs the Carlsbad half marathon each year for a doggie charity, Labrador Rescuers, and each year I come down and am mom's cheering section on the course! I have all my tail wags and kisses ready to see mom at mile 6.5! I'll be the push she needs!!!

Happy New Year

Happy New Year friends.... My mom and I went out to our neighbors for dinner last nite! And then we were back at home by 10pm. Mom has been sick so I'll cut her some slack!

This morning I came right up to moms face to give her a big fat sloppy New Years kiss and she grabs her phone to take a picture of me! Well I guess I do look cute!!!!

Happy New Year! And I'm going to make mom visit all of my doggie friends' blogs tonight- she's such a slacker!
