Friday at the park

It's friday and I got to go to the park! Mom spent 2 days with me on wednesday and thursday-but she was sick! So we didn't go to the park! But she's back at work today so I got to go to the park with my petsitter! I hope everyone is having a fantastic friday! I think I'll see Mom early today! Seems a lot of the actors on mom's TV show are sick-so they have cancelled some scenes! Yeah! A full weekend with mom!!

In Carlsbad with mom

I was loaded into the car this morning after Grandpa arrived...seems we were going on a roadtrip to Carlsbad California! Mom is running the Half Marathon tomorrow and I'm her race support! I have to make sure mom has her fluids and snacks and lots of kisses at the finish!

It's really raining hard here! I went out to pee and got soaked! Good thing my petsitter had a towel to dry me off!

Raindrops keep falling on my head...

Someone said it's raining cats and dogs...there aren't any cats or dogs coming down from the sky but lots of raindrops! I was playing at the tennis courts and my petsitter and I got soaked!!

My mom has one week until her Charity Half Marathon

Mom is running the Carlsbad Half Marathon again this year for a DOG Charity, Labrador Rescuers! She did this last year and had such a positive experience running for an animal charity that she decided to pound the pavements again for us doggies!!

She set a higher goal this year, $2000. She has almost reached this goal-she has raised $1850 for the doggies! But she so wants to make her $2000 goal. if any of my doggie friends can help, the homeless and sick Labs would be SO happy!!! All the money raised goes to help these Labs!

So if you can spare, $1, $5 or even $10 to help out, mom and I and all the Labs at Labrador Rescuers would be thrilled! And remember your donation is tax deductible! Mom knows it's a horrible time to be asking people to donate-and we both understand if you can't! But if you can donate any amount, it would be greatly appreciated!

The end of Day #2.....

I'm tired of driving! Mom says we have one more day! I wish we could be home NOW! We're in Arizona tonight! The hotel is nice-lots of dogs here! But my favorite thing was jumping from bed to bed!
