A sunday run with mom....

Mom was able to take me on a quick 3 mile run today, and yesterday before she left for work. She has one day off tomorrow so i think i'm going to see SHEEP! I hope everyone has had a great week and weekend! I'm hanging with my uncle today!

A fun-filled sunday morning

Mom still wasn't feeling 100% this morning, but she had already planned on staying off work (and she's off monday and tuesday so I will have had her with me for 4 whole days!!). So mom took me to the park this morning to play with my Jolly Ball! I hadn't had jolly ball activity in awhile. I had a F U N time!!! And then after the park, mom, my uncle and I all went out to breakfast at the Lighthouse Cafe. They like dogs there!! We always sit outside and mom brings a dog water bowl for me and they eat breakfast-but mom always gets a breakfast that has sausage in it so she can give me the meat! It's my breakfast treat! I gobbled up two sausage links and a small bit of egg-yummy!!!! I love it when mom takes me to breakfast!!!

Saturday and mom is sick

Hi everyone. Mom has been working all week! But she came home last night and wasn't feeling good. She was supposed to work today but she decided to stay home and try to get better so I have mom all to myself today!!! I hope everyone has had a nice week. I've been going to the park with my petsitter everyday! It's been nice but I do miss my mom!!

At Panavision with mom!!!

Mom worked on saturday so i went up to my Grandpa's for doggie daycare. I had a great time. We went on walks, played with my tennis ball and finally around 8pm, mom came to pick me up. I was tired!! Grandpa took pictures-but mom hasn't posted them yet. She'll post them when she gets home today! Yesterday, mom was gone early in the morning. My uncle and I drove her to Long Beach and she jumped out of the car-"mom....where are you going?" It seems she was running in the Long Beach Half Marathon without me!!! It seems they didn't want dogs in that race either. But I don't know if I would have wanted to run 13.1 miles yesterday! So I hung with my uncle! Right now, mom and I are at Panavision. She's prepping a camera package for the tv show Navy NCIS and I came to hang out with mom!!! I hope everyone had a great weekend and is having a wonderful monday!!

If you are all wondering why my foot was wrapped. Mom noticed me chewing my paw while at panavision. She looked between my toes and it was all red and inflamed so mom decided to wrap my foot so i wouldn't lick it. I DID NOT LIKE the pink wrap on my foot! I kept taking it off! So there mom!

The last two pics were taken in Woodland Hills, where mom and I were today! There are two big wildfires burning and alot of the smoke was blowing into the West Valley-as well as one of the fires burning in the West Valley! It was really smoky and smelly!!

SQUIRRELS!!!!!

Squirrels! Mom took me to the park this morning and I saw squirrels! One of them came really close to mom while she was taking it's picture!!! SQUIRRELS!!! Mom wouldn't let me chase them-I had to sit there and watch them. Do you know how hard that is???

Then tonight, Mom took me for a bunny run!!! 3.8 miles on the trails at Ocean Trails chasing bunnies!!! Woo Hoo!!! Itw as a nice day with mom. She starts working again tomorrow. I wish mom could win the lottery and stay at home more!

UGH!

All mom has been doing is working this week-well except for today. She took me for a 2 mile run this morning-then she left for work!! Mom worked two really long days on some tv show called Private Practice on monday and tuesday, so I didn't get a run in at all on those days! Luckily, my uncle was here and he took me for two long walks!!! Tomorrow, mom has told me we're going to go for a bunny run!~ I can't wait!!! Then she's going to start some other silly job called Glee.....some high school musical pilot written by the creator of Nip Tuck. All this work means no play for me!!!!

Watching football with mom

Mom ran FAR today(10 miles)-she didn't take me because part of it was in a race and they stated in big bold letters NO DOGS ALLOWED! Why would anyone not want me to run in a race??? I don't quite understand it!! SO I was at home with my uncle-well he was sleeping but at least I wasn't alone in the house. When mom came back, she was a little sore but took me out to play with my tennis ball. Then she turned on that silly tv and started watching football. And now she's watching her team, Tennessee, on the computer....what is it with football?? So I'm playing with my ball!!

Work with mom and a run!!!

Mom and I went to work today. Ok...mom went to work and she took me! Actually we went to Panavision again today so mom could prep two cameras for her day of work tomorrow on Navy NCIS...I wont get to go to work with her tomorrow-but at leats I went today! I got to see all my friends at Panavision! And mom let me take my tennis ball in so I tried to play and nose my ball to anyone that was paying attention to me! After mom finished working, we got in the car and drove home-our drive home was only an hour compared to our drive in the morning that took us 2 hours! Mom wasn't too happy about that commute!!! Once we got home, mom sat on the couch and ate a late lunch while I slept! I always sleep on the way home from panavision but needed a bit more nap time! Around 7pm, mom motivated and put my harness on, grabbed my leash and a bottle of water and we headed out....where were we going??? We headed to the ocean..... were we running, playing at the park?? I found out we were running-and what a run we did, 5.2 miles!!! And not even on the trails-on the road!! I couldn't even chase bunnies! But it made mom and I tired! She's typing for me now as I nap again!!! I hope everyone had a great thursday!!! It's friday tomorrow!!!
