LA Harbor Christmas Boat Parade

Mommy took me down to the Cruise Ship Promenade to watch silly people decked out in red outfits yelling something and riding around on boats with lights. All I wanted to do was bark and chase the skateboarders that kept coming by! But mommy wouldn't let me get those skateboards....I hate skateboards!
