Last night, after we got back from a long hot day in Escondido herding cattle and sheep, mom took me into the big bathroom, and closed the door. I knew I was getting a bath because she never closes that door unless I'm getting in that enclosed ceramic thing with doors! And she washed me! Mom said I was very dirty after herding! I rolled in the dirt after jumping into the baby pool yesterday! But after my bath I rolled all over the house! So what's the difference mom???

I roll all around the house after my baths, too. And sometimes, if my humans aren't watching, I'll go outside and roll in the dirt to dry off. It's so much more fun!

I swear, you and Ari are soul mates. The only think she does differently is she unmakes MY side of the bed before she rolls in it--that way, the sheets are both soggy and a little musky when I climb in bed.
Louie likes baths. Mom thinks he tinkles in his house so he can get a bath..
Class is going really well. We were practicing turns last night. Mom says I am a bit confused but we will practice everyday until I get it..
The training lady is still surprised at how quickly Louie learns..
The lady was telling us about how she was taking her young pup to Kansas to a herding class for a week. It sounded like it was like a camp for parents and dogs. Everyone gets to stay in cabins and train 2 times each day.. Dad said maybe we could go this Fall since it is offered 2 times a year.. Keep your paws crossed..
