Mom and I got a 3.15 mile run in today before she goes to work. We ran thru Averill Park and all the park animals were out and about! The squirrels, geese and ducks came so close to me. But i sat just like mom told me to and watched them intently!!!

Velcro, I'm so proud of you. Maybe you can help Ari learn this kind of restraint: she still dashes after EVERYTHING on our runs, including leaves and paper and insects and squirrels and. . .
My human Lizzy just said that she wishes I was as well behaved as you when it comes to ducks, geese, and squirrels. I just can't help it when they're calling me to chase them!
